The Role: Operations Training Manager

This is a newly created role to focus on elevating service standards and teams across these beautiful sites. You will work with the head of Operations to cultivate a culture of excellence and high performance.

You will do this by creating and delivering training plans to help teams drive more sales, focus on guest experience and operational performance.

You will look at ways to improve team engagement & retention and support in cost control and ensure brand standards are met and improved.
