Our aim is to act as an effective conduit between forward-thinking hospitality employers and charities working with people facing homelessness, prison leavers and veterans who struggling to get into work, overcome hurdles by finding jobs within the hospitality, pub and restaurant industry. Our industry is an exciting one, built on people.

Wintercomfort is a support hub, creating opportunities all year round for homeless individuals.
Wintercomfort is an information, advice, training and support centre in Cambridge for those who are homeless or vulnerably housed. Open daily throughout the year, we encourage and empower our service users to overcome disadvantage and to make positive, long term changes to improve their lives.
