A chance to lead one of the most exciting new openings in the City.
This intimate 12-seat counter, part of an award-winning hospitality group, will offer just two sittings per evening — a high-end, immersive Omakase experience.

As Head Chef, you’ll lead a small team of 3–4 chefs to craft a seasonal, ever-evolving menu while personally engaging with guests throughout their dining journey.
