This group currently operates several high-performing, high-profile restaurants in stunning locations around London and are looking for Senior Sous Chef to join their Brand new Japanese concept. With more on the horizon, they are looking for strong, hands on, driven Senior Sous Chefs to lead their teams.

The Senior Sous chef will work directly with the Head & Exec chef as well as the owners who are investing heavily in the businesses. You will be charged with full control of the kitchen, and being a strong leader you will train and inspire your team members to deliver the highest quality of food & hygiene.

• Have a proven track record within Japanese luxury high volume kitchens
• Have a true passion for Japanese food & are constantly keeping up to dates with all modern trends
