This will be an incredible Venue that opened last year and has since won many awards for its food & design. It’s a huge operation with nearly 80 chefs in the kitchen cooking Japanese-inspired food with a Mexican influence.

As a Head chef, you will need exceptional people management skills, a real flare, and care around food.
