Sous Chef – Stunning English Country Hotel – Excellent Salary and Progression – Live in Available

Due to growth of the business a fantastic opportunity has just arisen for an ambitious, driven sous chef to join the team at this stunning hotel. As well as an amazing spa, farm and cookery school we also have an award winning restaurant and high end pub. Everything is made in house and sourced locality, some of which is even grown and reared in the grounds. Fresh food background to a rosette level would be helpful for this role but not essential.

Sous Chef – Role

  • As a sous chef you will be working in a busy fresh food environment mainly focused first of all on the gastro side of the operation
  • The ideal sous chef will have great people skills, genuine passion and drive to produce the best as well as excellent management skills.
