This world famous Hotel in the heart of the Scottish countryside is looking for a Sous Chef to continue the excellent success of this site. The venue is set in an idyllic estate with access to the best ingredients Scotland has to offer.
The role involves helping to manage one of the multiple fine-dining outlets and kitchens in the property and working closely with the Head Chef on a seasonally changing menu and access to homegrown, foraged and locally hunted products and ingredients.
