This world famous Hotel in the heart of the Scottish countryside is looking for a Sous Chef to continue the excellent success of this site. The venue is set in an idyllic estate with access to the best ingredients Scotland has to offer.
The role involves managing the private dining in the property and working closely with the Head & Executive Chef on a seasonally changing menu and access to homegrown, foraged and locally hunted products and ingredients.
Sous Chef – Ideal Experience & Passion – Sous Chef
- Experience in a fast paced/high-end Brasserie
- Minimum 2 Rosette experience
- Experience gained, ideally, in Michelin starred and 5* hotels
- Excellent attention to detail
- Someone looking to relocate
