This small deli located in Henley is a multifaceted role with a bountiful Deli that is supplied from the open kitchen and in-house Rotisserie, cooking the very best of locally sourced, seasonal produce.
The Deli will also house a purpose-built Cookery School that will host masterclasses, tasting evenings to inspire foodies, young and old. A love to share knowledge of food and nutrition, whether through a casual chat over the counter with the customers or in more depth is important.
This Sous Chef position will be an exciting addition to the small team in Henley.
