Sous Chef needed for this high end brasserie modeled on the all day relaxed dining brasseries of Paris.

The venue already has a strong team and can cater for large numbers on a daily basis so if you are a sous chef with good volume experience in a quality branded operation and are looking for the right career progression, this is the role for you.
