With big expansion plans for 2023, TOCA Social are now looking for a highly experienced, Senior Assistant General Manager, to take over from their General Manager within 6-months. Huge company culture and an industry leading people strategy are the core of their philosophy – have you got the 51%?

The role:

As Senior Assistant General Manager, you will be working within the senior leadership team and fully responsible for the continued success of the company. Being creative, pro-active and never settling for less, you will be willing to try and fail, than keeping things ticking over.

Who we’re looking for:

• As AGM, you’ll effectively be a General Manager.
• You will need to demonstrate excellent staff management and capable of managing up and down.
• Data driven and capable of articulating how and why you will get results.
