Head Chef – NEW OPENING – Fresh food, all day dining Soho Restaurant – £65,000


An ambitious new restaurant due to open later this Summer in a secluded, purpose-built courtyard in the heart of Soho is looking for a Head Chef.

The role:

To lead this brand-new opening, working alongside a Michelin-star trained Executive Head chef and to develop a Pan-Asian/Australasian inspired menu. Working with a large brigade, in a brand-new kitchen featuring a Josper grill, state of the art equipment and loads of storage space, it’s a dream kitchen to work in.

Already operating a successful restaurant in Northwest London, this company are looking to build on the previous success and elevate the new Soho site to even greater heights.


What we’re looking for in a Head Chef:

  • Essential experience working in a fast paced, high-volume restaurant setting
  • Must have fresh-food cooking experience.
  • A knowledge of or an interest in Pan-Asian/Australian cooking.
  • Pre-opening experience of a successful restaurant.


This role is available for candidates who are legally certified to work in the UK and ideally based in London.
