The Role – General Manager

  • As the General Manager you will support the Operations Manager in running these stylish restaurants, inspiring the team to deliver great service and great sales within challenging environment.
  • As the General Manager you will have a passion for great food and great service and love being on the floor.
  • Full control of site P and L

Candidate Requirements – General Manager

  • We’re looking for General Managers currently working in a premium food / service environment – ideally a branded operation.
  • You will have a natural charisma and love food and the industry.
  • The ability to connect with guests to deliver extraordinary.
  • At least two years’ General Manager experience in a business of this level
