General Manager – £32,000 + 15% Bonus – Poke

We are on the lookout for an ambitious and motivated General Manager for a young, but rapidly expanding QSR group who have lots of openings planned for 2022 and 2023. 

The company:

Located across the UK and Europe, the health-conscious restaurants are known for their incredible dishes, fresh and flavoursome products and a great team culture that supports and nurtures from within. The business is using a franchise model to expand at a faster pace than operating the majority of their sites independently. 

The role:

Overseeing one of their busy Southwest London sites, you will need to ensure the stores are set up to deal with a fast-paced service, whilst ensuring the guest experience is faultless. You will also need to build a strong relationship with your team and support their own career progression.
