Executive Chef – Up to £90k + Bonus – Flagship Hotel Operation – Executive Chef

This is a traditional role within a Flagship £5m food operation, overseeing multiple outlets and M&E where there is strong trade. Banqueting should be a strength rather than a weakness. We require an organised, strong admin-based operator, you should be positive and calm, a strong managerial presence but definitely approachable. A balanced leader, who understands business complexity and someone who could be potentially part of the Executive Committee in time. You must be willing to work in a framework/ concept that already exists, accepting there are multiple stakeholders.
