They have a passion for using the highest quality British Produce and locally sourced meats.This group of award winning Venues are expanding and looking for a Chef de Partie to join their passionate team with 5 award winning sites currently open around London and more to follow, this group are looking for a Chef de Partie that has a passion on using the best, locally sourced produce and cooking it simply over wood and char-coal in their open kitchens.

Chef de Partie – Up to £27,000 + Paid Overtime 

The ideal candidate would come from a fresh, high quality and high volume background
