This group of award winning Gastro pubs with a massive emphasis on locally sourced meats are expanding and looking for a Chef de Partie to join their passionate team with 5 award winning sites currently open around London and more to follow, this group are looking for a Chef de Partie that is focused on using the best, locally sourced produce and cooking it simply over wood and char-coal in their open kitchens.
