Assistant General Manager – Leeds

I’m looking for an Assistant General Manager to join a high volume fine dine operation in Leeds City Centre. The site has won awards for its food, concept and design and this company is seriously going places. The best restaurant in Leeds right now.

You must have been an Assistant General Manager in a premium, high volume site doing at least 40k per week. This site isn’t for the feint hearted so that volume experience is a must. We would also consider General Managers of smaller businesses looking to grow with a company.

You must :-

  • Be passionate about service and creating an epic customer experience
  • Love food
  • Have a desire to develop to a General Manager within 2 years
  • Have some corporate background but be flexible enough to work within an independent company

This is a truly one of those opportunities that doesn’t come around too often. To work with people who know what they are doing, who will allow you creative input and who have a desire to open more sites and offer you the opportunity to grow with them
