We are now looking for experienced sous chef to join the team at this lovely sustainable operation near Yeovil. This really is a perfect job for a foodie chef as everything comes straight from the farm. The venue makes everything from fresh with on site butchery and fire cooking. If not home grown, uses as many local suppliers as possible.

It that isn't enough its day hours only, yes days only so no evenings!

What we require - Sous Chef 

• Previous junior sous or sous chef experience to a high quality fresh food level
• To support the Head Chef making everything from scratch
• A willingness to learn and a desire to progress within your career
• Strong communication skills
