Our Operations Chefs play a pivotal role in the success of the business. Working closely with the Ops Manager you will manage an area of between 6-8 sites. The ideal candidate would be an Ops or Area Chef in restaurants with branded experience, looking to become part of a team in a company with a big future. Operations Chef – What we need from you:

• The ability and understanding to train and develop your team in all aspects from stocks, rotas, food safety to food SOP and presentation.
• A real people person with excellent communication skills

• Exemplary standards in all aspects of kitchen management
  The ability to recruit, train and coach the senior chefs in your area.
• A strong understanding of food health and safety.
