Managing Director – Asian Restaurant Brand Launch (UK) - Up to 140K
Something exciting is coming to London — an established international Asian fast-casual restaurant brand is preparing to launch its first UK sites, and we are supporting the search for a Managing Director to lead this journey from the very beginning.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a ground-up launch, shaping the business, building the team, and scaling the operation with the backing of a proven global group.

The Role:
- Develop and execute the overall Europe market entry and expansion strategy, aligned with global business objectives.
- Lead the company setup process, including entity registration, legal compliance, and administrative frameworks.
- Identify and secure strategic locations for flagship outlets or pilot operations.
- Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies to establish a competitive and sustainable market position.
- Build and lead a cross-functional local team, working closely with global supply chain, operations, and marketing teams.
- Establish partnerships with local vendors, suppliers, and government agencies to support new market entry.
- Oversee P&L performance and ensure business targets are met in accordance with expansion milestones.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Minimally 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the F&B franchise or QSR industry.
- Proven experience in business expansion, market entry, or international operations, ideally in the
- Strong understanding of operations, finance and strategic planning.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the agility to build from zero to scale.
- Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in business development, partnerships, and deal-making.
- Network of contacts in Europe, with familiarity in navigating regulatory and business environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or equivalent preferred.
