Lead People Operations in a fast-growing, purpose-driven hospitality business. Own the function, shape culture, and influence senior leadership.

You will be leading the full employee lifecycle across bakery, café and training programme teams. Reporting directly to the Founders, you’ll refine and strengthen the people function, build brilliant manager capability, and help shape a fair, high-performing and values-led culture.

About the Role – Head of People Operations 

You’ll take ownership of HR operations, ensuring policies, processes and systems are robust, compliant and consistently applied. Alongside this, you’ll play a key role in developing manager capability, improving retention, and embedding a fair and high-performing culture.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational ownership but is also looking to step into broader strategic influence once the foundations are fully embedded.
