Head of Finance – Premium Restaurant Group – London – £75–85k + Bonus

We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Head of Finance to lead the finance function for a fast-growing, food-led restaurant group. ( Currently 4 Sites )

This is a senior role working closely with the Operations Director and CEO, owning the numbers, shaping systems and supporting performance across the business. A genuine pathway to Finance Director as the group grows.

The Role: Head of Finance

• Own management accounts, site P&Ls, balance sheet and cash flow
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and commercial performance reporting
• Ensure strong financial controls across all sites (revenue, stock, payroll)
• Partner with operations & food teams to drive cost control and profitability
• Support growth projects, including new sites, refurbishments and investment appraisals

The Package – Small dynamic team

• Salary £75,000 – £85,000
• Performance-related bonus (TBC)
• Senior leadership exposure and real influence
