We are looking for an experienced, commercially savvy General Manager to head up this brand new opening. The General Manager will be instrumental in setting the business up and growing the business and ensuring the commercial and operational success of the restaurant. This is a hands-on management role – you will be fully accountable for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, with direct contact with the Chef Patron
