On returning home to Cambridge he fell into a role in recruitment and loved it. Bee was founded soon after by Rory …. And over the last 20 years has built up an incredible knowledge and network of the hospitality industry. This enables us to deliver long-term results and value for our clients and candidates while offering advice and support through the process.

JAMES WATSON
Operations Director
James has worked in hospitality for the past 15 years, running pubs and restaurants from Pitcher and Piano in the early days ending up owning a number of his own restaurants to finally managing and opening restaurants for Jamie Oliver, giving him the ability to see the market from client and candidate perspective. James’s 10 years of recruiting in the hospitality space has given him an insane network and knowledge of people and operations. James recruits at all levels and has a real sweet spot for senior culinary roles.
ADAM PROBETS
Director – South West
Adam comes with over 30 years’ experience working in hospitality and recruitment. Moving up through the ranks as a chef in high end operations, before moving across to the world of recruitment. Adam is extremely passionate about hospitality and has spent many years building up a fantastic reputation within some of the UK’s best establishments. He mainly focuses on recruiting for senior managers both front and back of house around the South West. When he is not eating out, he enjoys spending his free time boxing, playing football or walking his beloved dog, Jack.
SCOTT BRADLEY
Head of Recruitment – The North
Scott Bradley has been working in hospitality for over 20 years, starting working behind a bar while at University and working his way up to General Manager. Just over 9 years ago he moved to London and took his first role in recruitment at Berkeley Scott, this set the foundation for a new career working as an in-house recruitment manager for brands such as Cote Brasserie, Caprice, The Ivy and Bills. Now back in Manchester Scott looks after our clients & candidates from Birmingham up to Scotland for both FOH and BOH roles.
With a deep knowledge of both the area and the market, he makes the perfect recruitment partner.
