The Role – Sous Chef
As a Sous Chef you will be part of a very enthusiastic team, responsible with assisting the Head Chef in cooking locally sourced fresh produce. As the Sous Chef we want somebody who loves cooking, supports and develops the team. The ideal candidate really wants to cook great food, with the team around him.

Essential Skills & Experience required – Sous Chef
- Fresh food background at least as a Jnr Sous Chef or above with proven track record in providing quality food, consistently in a quality food environment
- Fantastic communicator and ability to work well as part of a highly enthusiastic team
- A real Passion for quality food and using quality ingredients
- Reliable, hard-working and driven
- Someone who can support in bringing fresh ideas into the kitchen.
