Sous Chef required for this group of award winning Gastro pubs with a massive emphasis on locally sourced meats are expanding and looking for a Sous Chef to join their passionate team with 5 award winning sites currently open around London and more to follow, this group are looking for a Sous Chef that is focused on using the best, locally sourced produce and cooking it simply over wood and charcoal in their open kitchens.
