The Role – General Manager – Inspire and lead your team

As the General Manager you will be responsible for the running of these great busy restaurants, delivering great service and great sales. As the General Manager you will utilise your passion for the restaurant industry, in your training and development of you team, bringing in excellent customer care and service, to make your restaurant the best restaurant in the community.

The Candidate – A self-starter, driven and highly energetic with a keen eye for quality and standards in everything they do

  • The right candidate for this role will be an existing General Manager and a real foodie with a passion for food and wine knowledge and quality.
  • You will be financially aware and bring in the highest level of service at all times.
  • You will have a real eye for detail both front and back of house, and have the ability to build relationships that stand the test of time with your team and your customers.
  • Most importantly – you need to be an inspirational shift leader who excels in their role and keeps a calm head under pressure.
